Bigg Boss 20: Wild Card Nakul Dhull Removed From the House After a Physical Fight With Gullu

Wild card Nakul Dhull is out of Bigg Boss 20 after only a few days in the house. A row that began over a joke between Qazi Touqeer and ScoutOP ended in a physical fight between Nakul and Gullu, and Bigg Boss removed Nakul for breaking the house’s most basic rule. Wednesday’s episode (14 October) showed the decision. Gullu stays in the house.

Why Was Nakul Dhull Removed From Bigg Boss 20?

India TV reported that Nakul Dhull has been evicted following a physical altercation with Gullu, also known as Kushal Tanwar. The decision came straight from Bigg Boss rather than from a public vote. According to India TV, Bigg Boss summoned the contestants to the living area and addressed the incident, and reminded the housemates that physical violence was a serious violation of the show’s rules. During the announcement, Bigg Boss said that a major rule of the house had been broken.

That rule is the one the show has never bent on. As Siasat put it, Bigg Boss has always maintained a strict no-violence policy, and over the years, several participants have been shown the exit door for violating this rule. Nakul, who walked in as a wild card at the Week 5 Weekend Ka Vaar alongside actor Manish Goel, became the first housemate this season to leave for breaking a rule rather than through a vote or a lifeline twist.

How the Fight Between Nakul and Gullu Started

The fight did not begin with either of them. Leisurebyte’s episode recap notes that the situation began with Qazi and Scout having a rather playful moment after the nomination task. Qazi Touqeer later described that moment to other housemates in the garden, and Nakul overheard the conversation and informed Scout about what was being said, as India TV reported.

ScoutOP and Yung DSA went out to confront Qazi, and the argument spread. India TV wrote that Gullu intervened during the exchange, and a remark from him angered Nakul. ETV Bharat described what followed: Nakul suddenly moved towards Gullu, and the two got into a physical altercation — and Gullu also reacted physically, causing the situation to spiral out of control.

Other housemates had to pull them apart. According to India TV, Nakul was also seen grabbing Gullu by his collar, with the confrontation continuing until other housemates rushed in to separate them.

The house reacts

The reaction inside the house was immediate. Mahhi Vij was among the most upset; ETV Bharat reported that Mahhi also appealed to the makers to throw Nakul out of the house. Bigg Boss’s announcement followed, and India TV wrote that the decision to remove Nakul from the show followed the physical confrontation.

What happens to Gullu?

Gullu stays. He was not removed and did not lose a lifeline, so he remains on two lives — and on this week’s nomination list, which means the fight now becomes part of his Week 6 story going into the weekend vote.

Week 6 Nominations: 11 Housemates Face Eviction

All of this happened in the same week as the season’s biggest nomination list so far. Bigg Boss told the house that the upcoming nominations would be ‘limitless’, allowing contestants to nominate anyone, according to ETV Bharat. The task, titled BB Gazab Beizzati Zone, allowed contestants to nominate multiple housemates.

Before it began, captain Aasif Khan used a special power: as the house captain, Aasif was granted a special power to nominate one contestant directly, and he chose Mahhi Vij. The task then filled the list. Arishfa Khan nominated Kanika Mann, Qazi Touqeer, Gullu and Mary Kom, while Kanika in turn nominated Aman Gandhi, Lovepreet Gill, Arishfa and Yung DSA.

ETV Bharat reported 11 housemates in the danger zone:

Nominated in Week 6 Lifelines left
Aman Gandhi 1 of 2
Mary Kom 1 of 2
ScoutOP 1 of 2
Yung DSA 1 of 2
Mahhi Vij (directly, by the captain) 2 of 2
Kanika Mann 2 of 2
Qazi Touqeer 2 of 2
Gullu 2 of 2
Arishfa Khan 2 of 2
Lovepreet Gill 2 of 2
Uditi Singh 2 of 2

Not nominated: Aasif Khan (captain), Amrapali Dubey and Manish Goel.

Why this week’s vote matters more

Under the season’s Tathastu rule, finishing last costs a lifeline, not a place — unless the housemate is already down to one. Four of the 11 nominees are: Aman Gandhi, who lost a lifeline when he finished last in Week 5, plus Mary Kom, ScoutOP and Yung DSA. If any of them finishes bottom this weekend, they leave the house. Our Bigg Boss elimination guide tracks the nominees and lifelines through the week.

Who Is Left in the Bigg Boss 20 House?

With Nakul gone, 14 housemates remain: the 13 surviving originals plus wild card Manish Goel. Four contestants have now left the season — Rohed Khan (Week 2), Isha Rikhi (Week 3), Rhiti Tiwari (Week 4, mid-week) and Nakul Dhull (Week 6, removed).
