Early Life and Career
Karanvir Bohra belongs to a Marwari family. Very few of his fans know that Karanvir is the son of director Mahendra Bohra and grandson of popular actor-producer Ramkumar Bohra. The actor did his schooling from GD Somani Memorial School, Mumbai and took admission in Elphinstone College for further studies. He even has received training in Kathak from veteran dancer Pandit Veeru Krishan.

Karanvir Bohra made his child debut from the film ‘Tejaa’ in 1990. Later he also worked as an assistant for the series ‘Achanak 37 Saal Bad’ and ‘C.I.D’. The actor first recognized for playing as Dhruv in Ronnie Screwvala’s show ‘Shararat’. Later he joined as a star cast of another popular serial ‘Kasautii Zindagi Kay’. His performance as a spoilt brat in the show gained him more reorganization. After showing his acting talent in serials, the actor quit to perform on small screens and started working for Bollywood films.
The Shararat actor was seen later in the film ‘Kismat Konnection’ starring Shahid Kapoor and Vidya Balan. He even hosted several Tv shows including ‘Ek Se Badhkar Ek’ and ‘Gumrah: End of Innocence’. The actor also proved his dancing talent along with his wife in a dance reality show Nach Baliye 4.
In 2011, he did his comeback on small screen with serial ‘Dil Se Di Dua…Saubhagyavati Bhava’. Not only this, Karanvir had also acted in Punjabi film ‘Love You Soniye’. In 2016 he joined the serial Naagin 2 opposite Adaa Khan and Mouni Roy.

The actor got married to her longtime girlfriend Teejay Sidhu on 3rd November 2006. The couple is now proud parents of twin daughters Rayya Bella and Vienna.

This is not be the first time the actor is approached to be the part of Bigg Boss. In 2017, Karanvir Bohra appeared as a guest in Bigg Boss 11. But this time, he is participating in the show as a contestant. Karanvir gave a tough competition to the contestants in the adventure show Khatron Ke Khiladi – Darr Ka blockbuster.
