kunal, they adopted three tier auditions …tier 1 general people (fake audition , )which was created by appyfizz on 14th september delhi and other places, tier 2 general people ( called selected few among the rest) for all what we talk about that we given auditions in mumbai ,kolkatta, chennai chandigarh , new delhi with group discussion and personal interview and tier 3 in which the channel actually decided to select the top guys and the process may be done. ruchika singh is the product of that process.
